In my work I try to see the things that surround me with other eyes, enlarging the details of the objects. My works want to be a starting point for the observer to learn to grasp the most hidden details.
This work is an ode to the beauty and delicacy of red and white gloxinia, a flower that enchants for its elegance and its liveliness. I chose to focus on a detail of this extraordinary flower using the acrylic on canvas technique to capture its vibrant beauty and richness of detail. In the painting, the detail of gloxinia is represented with precision, highlighting the sinuous shape and the soft petals that open as an elegant dance. The red and white tones blend harmoniously, creating a captivating contrast that catches the viewer’s eye. I worked with care to capture the most hidden details of gloxinia, from the softness of the petals to the sheen of the bright reflections. Through this work, I wanted to celebrate the ephemeral beauty of flowers and invite viewers to reflect on the wonder and joy that can arouse even the smallest details of nature. The red and white gloxinia thus becomes a symbol of grace and beauty, an ode to life and its extraordinary diversity.
