In my work I try to see the things that surround me with other eyes, enlarging the details of the objects. My works want to be a starting point for the observer to learn to grasp the most hidden details .

“Dianthus” explores the deep and complex beauty of a carnation, capturing an intense and rich detail in shades of pink, red, and burgundy. This flower, symbolizing passion and resilience, transforms into a subject that speaks of both strength and delicacy, through the interplay of warm and enveloping colors.

The carnation, with its soft yet defined lines, becomes an emblem of the duality of existence: the tension between fragility and power, the visible and the invisible. Its petals, overlapping and intersecting, reflect the process of transformation and growth, symbolizing the evolution of identity and emotions. Pink, symbolizing sweetness and introspection, blends with red, evoking energy, passion, and ardor, while burgundy adds depth, mystery, and elegance.

In this painting, the carnation is not just a flower but a metaphor for the human condition: the beauty that emerges from experiences, scars, and moments of vulnerability. Every shade of the flower tells a story of growth, change, and rebirth, inviting the viewer to reflect on their own transformation and the endless possibility of renewal that life offers.
